I am looking into getting a new keyboard stand.
Considering either the "V" stand or the baby spider.

Any comments form current users?

I keep a Behringer FCB1010 midi pedal board on the floor, which is quite large. Will i have clearance problems with either of these?

Truthfully, I think the spider is an awful looking stand. Can’t say anymore than that really. I just don’t like it :-)

Where on the other hand the V Stand is pro looking, sweet, sexy, stylish, and just plain cool.

That said, I prefer the one by Ultimate Support. It’s identical to the Roland one, only black.

Recently I've bought a V Stand, Roland Version.
I've had a Ultimate Apex, and the V Stand is by far better. It folds to a very small size, it's very sturdy and it looks fantastic. In my opinion, if you play in the seated position, i'd prefer the Roland version, the same I bought.
About the midi pedal board, I can't say anything because I don't know the size of it. But I guess that won't be a problem.

It looks like the "v" stand is the way to go. It's also cheaper!

The FCB1010 dimensions are 27 x 2.5 x 8.75"
It is quite wide....
